  • Initial Consultation Rate is for 2.5 hours+ and is always paid at the end of the
    consultation.  Cash, checks, and credit or debit cards are acceptable
    methods of payment for services.  $25 fee charged for returned checks
    and services are paid as rendered, unless other arrangements have been
    made.

  • Insurance is not required for hypnotherapy services, and payment plans are
    available upon request.  These details may be discussed at your Initial

  • Due to the varied nature of the work Ann does with unique individuals such as
    yourself, the specific rate for services and programs is varied.  For
    program options and details, confidentially request an informational packet by
    filling out Ann Catherine's private Interest form.

  • Fees & program structure for the initial consultation & program  sessions are
    discussed and agreed upon during your initial consultation and are tailored to
    you.  Each is specialized and individually prepared on a case-by-case basis
    using a creative process of hypnotherapeutic techniques.  This process is
    thoroughly explained to you at the Initial Consultation.

  • Even with Group Workshops, the reinforcement CD you take home with you
    for daily use to increase effectiveness is specialized specifically for you,
    based on information Ann Catherine gathers from you during your workshop
    registration.

  • During your initial consultation, Ann Catherine will have you fill out some forms
    and talk with you about your goals and how she can best help you reach your
    desired outcome. This should generally take an hour and a half to two and a
    half hours, depending on individual circumstance. This time is allotted for the
    purpose of completing a thorough Intake so the best, fastest, and easiest
    possible way to help you reach your goals and achieve long-term success with
    structured short-term hypnotherapy is determined prior to committing to a
    program.  These recommendations are given at the close of the Initial
    Consultation and questions and concerns are thoroughly addressed.  You will
    know at the end of your consultation approximately how long your program
    will take, and what to expect in the coming sessions.

    Termination of Services Disclaimer Effective 1/15/2008

  • Cancelled and missed appointments sabotage client progress and frustrate
    the efforts of the hypnotherapist.  48 hours advance notice is required to
    cancel and reschedule appointments.  Otherwise, the hypnosis service
    agreement may be terminated, or the client may be charged a surcharge to
    accommodate wasted time.

  • Clients cancelling more than one appointment (with 48 hours notice) during
    their structured program schedule are required to pay a $50 deposit toward
    their next visit to promote attendance.  The $50 deposit is required for each
    subsequent session and is applied to the session fee, or refunded.

  • If a client is not proactive in his/her program and working toward program
    goals as outlined by the hypnotherapist and service agreement, the hypnosis
    service agreement will be terminated via hypnotherapist discretion.

  • Program homework and progress evaluation will contribute to the course of all
    hypnosis programs.  As stated above, if a client is not working in conjunction
    with the hypnotherapist in completing personal work assigned throughout the
    course of therapy, progress will be evaluated, and the client-therapist
    relationship will be terminated.

  • Hypnosis is a process in which a hypnotherapist facilitates and the client does
    the "work". For this purpose, any individual engaging in a hypnosis program at
    Brighten Your Light is considered, and referred to as "Co-therapist", with "Co-
    therapist" responsibilities to uphold within the program structure.  

  • Honesty is paramount, and the professional client therapist relationship may
    be terminated if honesty becomes an issue.  Positive change and
    transformation is a result of a caring, ethical hypnotherapist working with an
    honest, motivated, and committed co-therapist (you).
