Methods of Payment, Delivery, and Use:
Accepted methods of payment include check, credit card/debit card, and PayPal.

Option 1: Order your certificate online via PayPal and include your telephone number for verification (all transactions
details will be confidential).  Gift Certificate will be immediately mailed to you at the address you provide and can be used
at any time with an appointment. (We provide flexible evening and weekend appointments for your convenience.)

Option 2: Order your Gift Certificate via telephone at (734) 693-5794. Use credit/debit over the phone and your
certificate will be sent out immediately to the address to provide.  Gift Certificate may be used at any time with an
appointment and all information is confidential. (We provide evening and weekend appointments for your convenience.)

Option 3:  Order your Gift Certificate via telephone at (734) 693-5794.  Use check by mail and once payment is
received (with contact information) your Gift Certificate will be immediately sent out to the address you provide.  Gift
Certificate may be used at any time with an appointment and all information is confidential.  (We provide evening and
weekend appointments for your convenience.)

FREE in-office reinforcement is offered with ANY of our hypnotherapy sessions and programs in the event it is needed.  
There is no time limit for use.

For PayPal, log into the PayPal site (you must have a registered PayPal account), cite the specific dollar
amount for the desired certificate and include a contact telephone number you can be reached at for
verification.  In the details/comments section please specify which Certificate you are purchasing.  Special
Instructions, etc., can be discussed when your order is confirmed over the phone.  Send PayPal payments to
